Guest Ratings & Reviews
Staying on the ground floor was wonderful, but the absence of an electric kettle could be problematic when traveling with a child. Additionally, the lack of a lift in the building can be hazardous if your room is on the 2nd floor.
The hotel rooms were really clean and spacious, although the lack of an electric kettle was a big inconvenience for us, especially with a child. Additionally, not having a lift in the building, particularly when staying on the 2nd floor with a toddler, felt quite risky. The room itself was not different from the pictures, but we would opt for the 3rd floor next time due to our height.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean, but some areas were a little dusty which made it challenging to fully unpack. The service was exceptional with a 'can-do' attitude from the staff, especially UmitTaruk who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was fantastic, close to the main attractions of Sultanahmet, making sightseeing convenient. The dining options were good with a decent variety, although seating at breakfast was limited at times.
