convenient location helpful staff secure safe little light limited selection thin wall
The location was convenient for visiting historical sites. The staff helped me with directions and local tips. My room came with a safe (i felt secure).
The room did not have much natural light. The breakfast selection seemed limited (i expected more options). The walls felt thin. I could hear noises from other rooms.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is superb. I found all the main attractions were easily accessible. I enjoyed having a coffee machine in the lobby. I was able to get free coffee anytime. It.
The cold water in the room's toilet didn't work upon arrival and required time to fix. This was quite inconvenient for a bit. I hope this gets checked more often.

The location is AMAZING!!! The hotel is very close to major tourist attractions, including The Blue Mosque. The Grand Bazaar is only a short walk away from the hotel, so it was convenient.
